1 banane, grossièrement coupée et congelée
1 petite racine de curcuma
150 ml lait d’avoine
200 ml eau
25 g Amandes
1 c.à.c. enveloppes de psyllium
1 pincée poudre de vanille
1 pincée cannelle
1 pincée cardamome
Étapes
Soak psyllium husk in water for 30 minutes.
Place all ingredients in the blender jar, secure lid and set blender to Juice setting.
Blend until machine turns itself off.
Alternatively, combine ingredients in blender, secure lid and turn dial to Speed 1.
Slowly increase speed to high (Speed 9 or 11) and blend until golden and creamy.
If necessary, add more liquid.
Pour into glasses and enjoy with a straw to avoid yellow corners of the mouth!
